Shipping Policy
**IMPORTANT**: Please plan extra time when ordering to a temporary address to make sure you receive the parcel as delays can happen and delivery time is only indicative. This is at your own risk and Dak Coffee Roasters nor the shipping carriers will take responsability if you can't pick up / receive the parcel anymore. We always recommend shipping parcels to a home address and not to any kind of temporary address. If a package gets lost we only re-ship packages to the address provided or an address with the same shipping cost. We are here to help and find solutions. We do our best to respond within 48 hours after your e-mail (business days). We do not accept any kind of communication that is agressive and impolite.
EUROPE
Orders are shipped 1 to 3 business days following your order (we dispatch orders Wednesdays and Thursdays). You can expect to receive it within 1-3 days in Europe after being dispatched. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please note: Dak Coffee Roasteers is not responsible for delays caused by any of our carriers.
We ship exclusively with DPD inside Europe. For certain countries within EU, we ship with DHL Express if DPD is not available or charges a very high price (ex: Romania, Bulgaria, Finland). For countries outside the EU but located in Europe, we use DHL Express.
WORLD
Orders are shipped 1 to 3 business days following your order (we dispatch orders Wednesdays and Thursdays). For orders outside of Europe, it can take up to 20 days to arrive after being dispatched. If you’ve chosen the express method, your order will arrive between 3-6 business days after the order is shipped. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
